What Do the Cool Kids in Massachusetts Do?

This was the very first Mod 71 comic I made.  It ran in an issue of the Omen last fall.

The “Linens n’ Things” refered to is part of the glorious Hampshire Mall, in Hadley, Massachusetts.  It is featured (with photos and everything!) on DeadMalls.com.

A couple weeks ago I spent a whole afternoon at the Hampshire Mall waiting for Chris’ car to get checked up.  We got slurpees in the food court.  Mine was lemon lime.

This is why I needed to go to college 1,300 miles from home.

    Hey Athena -

I followed the link to the Dead Malls website.

Looks like they could use some photos of Bandana Square in St. Paul. And how come they don’t have Butler Square in Minneapolis listed?

By the way, that Dead Malls baseball shirt would be a perfect Christmas gift for your father.

The real question is, how come FARIBAULT mall isn’t listed? Is it just too dead to notice?
