Autumn in Western Mass

It’s Hampshire Halloween! Tonight! I thought this sketchbook comic looked vaguely autumn-y, and that is why it is up today.

I left my costume to the last minute this year LIKE WOAH. As in, I figured it out yesterday. BUT it is lookin’ pretty awesome nonetheless.

AND: Tonight at 10:00, I am playing with Professor Science. Come listen to us ROCK OUT in, uh…the library gallery. If you are dubious of the library gallery’s ability to rock, then prepare to have your brains blown.

OH, AND ONE MORE THING: Hey Internet, I have a proposition. I would like to attend the Center for Cartoon Studies portfolio day on Saturday, November 14. It’s in White River Junction, Vermont. For those at Hampshire, that’s a two-hour drive up I-91 N. I don’t have a car. Semple bailed on me. Does anyone have a car and feel like checking out cartoon college? Huh? Huh? Art Speigelman likes it! I’ll pay for gas and bring coffee. Yes? Secret Pioneer Valley-based car-owning friends, NOW IS THE TIME TO SHOW YOURSELVES!!!

Okay. That’s it for the plea. Have a good weekend, folks. Happy Halloween.

I like this picture. If I had a car (or a jetski) I would take you to Comic College, First Class.

    WHAT ARE YOU FOR HALLOWEEN????

Jon Sloan: Thanks! I hope your Halloween was great!

Goldfeather: Get thyself a jetski. No, it’s cool actually, my friend Nate says he can take me! And you know this by now, but I was a wunnnderful wonder woman.
