Action Athena is two years old! Two years, 323 posts. A lot of toilet humor. In case you didn’t catch it, the above drawing references both the very first post, and last year’s birthday comic.

I really, really love making this comic.  Thanks for reading it, all of you.

Okay, now some other important stuff:

1) Guys, GUESS WHAT, this Monday, my mom and one of her old students and I went to a CATTERY.  It was in Farmington, and devoted to Birman cats and Maine Coon cats.  THERE WERE SO MANY CATS!  All over this lady’s house.  I’m sorry you all couldn’t have been there with me; you really missed out.  But you can still experience some of what I saw by visiting the cattery’s website, especially the Pudge Page.  Make sure you have your volume turned up!

2) Speaking of websites (I guess that is the topic of the day!), the Broken Pencil website totally stepped up  its comic page recently.  You can now view all six of the comics I’ve made for their print issues, with really easy navigation.  (I just sent in my seventh on Monday!  Comics for which I receive money!  It’s amazing.)

3) SWEET MERCIFUL JESUS!!!!  The Punchbuggy Tour is coming to Hampshire College next Tuesday, at 7:00pm!  This means that indie cartoonists Liz Baillie, Ken Dahl (aka Gabby Schulz), and MK Reed will all be on Hampshire campus, talking (and singing!) in the FPH West Lecture Hall!!  I can’t articulate how awesome this is, so please just assure me (via facebook) that you’re going to be there.  Guys.  I mean it.
