This gallery opening marks the end of a busy week for Burn Book!

On Tuesday I attended the Arts & Social Action Division IIIs event in the Red Barn.  Remember how I whined about not knowing whether my work qualified as political?  Well, I guess it did at least a little bit.  I wasn’t one of the student speakers, but I was asked to set up a table of Burn Book stuff, and contribute a project summary for a packet they were putting together. So I did! There were some great projects featured that afternoon; I was proud to be a part of it.

On Wednesday and Thursday, I did parts one and two of my filmed interview for Hampshire Admissions. I got to talk about comics and Burn Book and what it means to go to college at Hampshire. I hope I did all right.

Also on Wednesday, our mod was filmed for a short segment Hampshire Communications is doing about mod life. I’m not sure we’re the best example of an “average” Prescott mod, but better us than the egg-throwing hipsters.

So! Tonight! 6:00-8:00! Library gallery! Be there!
