TONIGHT: It’s the big Kick Off Extravaganza! Starting at Big Brain Comics, from 6:00-8:00, come celebrate the release of Aaron Renier’s The Unsinkable Walker Bean, Zak Sally’s Sammy the Mouse #3, and Will Dinski’s Fingerprints. THEN, walk a mere half mile to the 501 Club, where the Mix Kick-Off party will be going strong from 8:00 till midnight (with live bands!). This is where you need to go:

I can’t believe it didn’t end in a hangover today–it totally should have! Guess the comics gods are really with us on this one. Am now very sad the bestest August for MN cartoonists ever is at a close.
